A little too much desaturation, I think. Since you've kept as much red in her top as you did, you should keep a little bit of the color in her skin, otherwise it looks a little unbalanced. Her skin looks too cool in comparison.

One of my friend got their Fingerprinting letter and the last name is misspelled. What should they do go ahead and take it to the FP office or call USCIS and get it corrected.

I need to apply for an extension for 3 more years, i get my first H1B from 10-04-2008 to 08-31 but i'm not sure about the process to extend my H1B, i dont now if i need re-enter in the visa lottery like the first time.

Ok, I managed to find a simple solution. Just flip the Y of the container, which means I need to flip the children too, but that's easy.

I need your help to come to a conclusion on my issue.
1) I am on L1-b now in USA and working on company A
2) company B filed me and H1B as consulate process(means i have to get
stamped to start working for them)
Recently company B filed me labor+ I-140 mentioning as future employment and they are planning to file I 485 also now(since we have current dates)
Now I am planning to quit company A for who i am working on L1 and want to go for stamping to join company B who will be filing 485 for me. I have plans to travel to canada for stamping on August last week (after 485 filing).
Do we have any issues to get the stamping for new company who filed my 485
any help is greatly appriciated.

1500 H-1Bs were claimed in the last week and just over 20,000 remain for the fiscal year. Based on a four week rolling average (1175), I am projecting the target will be exhausted in 17 weeks which will be February 23, 2011. Previously, I had been projecting March, but the overall usage of H-1Bs has been somewhat busier in the last month than in previous months. Congresswoman Zoe Logfren & & senator John Cornyn are supporters of legal immigration, they have always come forward to help the legal immigrant community. I guess it is high time people from California & Texas write & call to their offices and complaint about USCIS/DOS action of not releazing and statistics on I-485 applications pending invarious categories. We are blind folded by these Visa bulletins with no idea of what there for EB-3, EB-2 India, China etc. we don't know how many people are ahead of us what to do next. All this will resolve it USCIS/DOS tells us how many applications they have pending from which country and which category....For that we need to call these lawmakers..

I would really appreciate it, if someone could give me some advice.
Here is my situation, in January 2005, I married my girlfriend, who I had dated for little over a year. She is a US born citizen, so we decided to file for my permanent residency upon marriage. Upon receipt of my Green Card in Jan 2008, I filed for naturalization. Our relationship started heading south last year. We tried counseling and it didn't work out. We finally decided to part our ways amicably in Sep, 2009.
I am 34 years old and for reasons unknown to me, I am showing signs of age. I have been also getting some pressure from my family in India to remarry. Though I do not have any plans to marry immediately, I wasn't sure if my getting naturalized in February 2009 would have any impact on marrying someone from India sometime next year?
Please let me know, if there are any cooling off period required?

Please help me with online address change for CA DMV:
My current license expires in May 2010. I moved recently. If I change my address using CA-DMV�s online change of address process, Will I be able to renew my driver license online during renewal time (feb 2010)?
Whats the process for updating the address of the vehicle so that vehicle registration renewal (expected in Jan 2010) comes to the new address?

My job title changed from programmer anaylst to technology and system anayst. This was an internal change in my company where they re classified everyone. My job duties remain exactly the same. My employer is also willing to write my job title as the old one on the employer verification letter.
However there is a slight problem. My recent pay stubs show my new job title. Nowhere else the old job title is mentioned..
will this be a problem?

I would like to have a list of documents/forms needed to file for derivative I-485 for spouse.
I did come across a few lists on the web, some overlap and some don't, but they do not necessarily address the full list of documents needed when Primary's I-485 is already pending and spouse is filing separately at a later time.
The derivative beneficiary is already in US on a dependent Visa, looking to do AOS instead of CP.
I would appreciate if anyone can provide a list and it'll be great if any members in a similar situation have done it themselves.

My mother is a GC holder since 91. I came to US in 2002 on F1 and then H1 and now GC.
Will the fact that my mom was a GC holder and I did not use that impact my GC? I have answered all the questions correctly(true i mean) always.

I am July 2nd filer and got EAD approved.
My 485 notice has Received Date as July 19th 2007 and Notice Date as October 17th 2007.
Do i need to calculate 180 days from July 19th 2007 OR Oct 17th 2007 if i want to change the jobs?
